They produced beautiful headshots and were extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. Thank you! Jessica works for a large national legal and immigration firm as the Operations Manager. She is based on the West Coast, and though we had never met in person, we already had the opportunity to help her with her Houston team twice this year. When Jessica first contacted us, her firm had hired a new lawyer for their Houston office , and Jessica was looking for a local photographer that could offer quality and a reliable process. We were an immediate match since we already work with other national firms that, with a certain regularity, have new hires in the area and need the same neat, well-crafted corporate headshots Jessica was looking for. The first step in the process was clearly defining the expectations regarding the type of headshot that would work best for the new employee, considering what the rest of the company already had. When possible, we always aim to match whatever look the rest of the team already has on the client's website to provide the consistency a large company needs across its branding. After we had covered the expectations, Jessica only needed to provide us with the contact information for the local employee, and we took it from there. At our studio, we have developed a smooth process focused on our client's priorities and goals. A few weeks after that, Jessica contacted us again, but this time the newer employee was located in Dallas. I am very happy with the system they have in place to select the best pictures and I'm satisfied with the time and quality I received them. When we first met Christian, he was starting his career in real estate and had just obtained his real estate license. While he did not have direct experience working as a realtor, Christian began investing and selling real estate a few years ago and did so well that he decided to go full-time in the industry. I liked that the process was clear and personalized. Emilio Castro, the Studio Manager, explained every part of the process very well and made pertinent recommendations. Because I ended up being a panelist in a meeting where the president of the company I work for and the CIO where panelists as well in a Zoom call. The Photographer's Blog Issue #011 Studio Business Portraits Pros and Cons by Emilio Castro www.SabrinaCasasPhotographyStudios.com A full body portrait, standing up or sitting, is a good complement for your headshot and can be used on multiple pieces of marketing from your website to flyers and brochures. However, these larger images will not work very well for LinkedIn and other digital platforms as profile pictures just because the real estate on those platforms is very limited and even a half-body portrait will need to be cropped to make your face visible to the users. The fact that many times your image will render in a mobile device (phone or table) also makes full body portraits too tiny to be effective at LinkedIn or other business apps like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Oultook. So, these types of images will fail at communicating with your audience. Regardless, there is still room to use this tool in your advertising. The wedding anniversary sessions are designed for any loving couple who wants to celebrate their time together by creating a unique and original piece of art. Everything starts with a quick consultation over the phone to discuss your goals and help us learn about you. Then the next step is an in-person consultation to decide on the photoshoot's goals. There is one more planning session before the photos where we will discuss the attire and makeup and go over a detailed step-by-step plan for the day of the photos. The photoshoot session starts with makeup and hair styling , then you will try on the first outfit, and we will move next to our prepared setting to work on a few fun shots and poses to help you relax. As we progress with the shoot, you and I will find those unique shots we want to create for your beautiful images. Once all is done and said, you will still have the evening left to go out and enjoy a nice dinner. Since we will do as much as possible to schedule your photos on a Friday or a Saturday. And what better excuse than that to go out and have a nice dinner? After the photoshoot, I select the very best images from your set to carefully edit and work on them until they are perfect. This brings us to the design session , that's when you will come back to the studio to look at your images and choose your favorites. The production of your wall art will take a few weeks to a few months , depending on the specific product and pieces you have chosen. After our own quality control on every one of your pieces, we finally get to deliver and install your beautiful art at your home.
